Panel Session

Title: The Symbiotic Evolution of Digital Twins and NextG Networks

Abstract: In the beyond-5G and 6G era, the integration of complex real-world Digital Twins (DTs) with cutting-edge wireless networks is poised to drive significant digital transformation across both industry and society. This panel will explore the critical intersection of these domains. Discussions will highlight how DTs serve as sophisticated simulation platforms that mirror real-world network behavior, enabling operators to test policies, anticipate network loads, and evaluate configurations prior to physical deployment. Panelists will address the system-level challenges of this integration, including the implementation of seamless bi-directional information flow between cyber and physical worlds and the effective integration of AI workloads to enable accurate real-time predictions.
